The CaRe-Lands project

In November 2013 the  Interreg 2 Seas-project Care-Lands was approved. This European project focuses on Carbon reduction in protected nature and landscape areas. Care-Lands is a cooperation between organizations involved in 2 Seas projects. The partners are ‘Natuur-  en Recreatieschap De Grevelingen’ and ‘Nationaal Park De Biesbosch’ from The Netherlands, ‘Grenspark De Zoom - Kalmthoutse Heide’, ‘Provincie West Vlaanderen’ and  ‘Vlaamse Landmaatschappij’ from Belgium and Kent Downs (Kent County Council) and the Royal Society for the Protection of Birds (RSPB) from the UK. Natuur- en Recreatieschap De Grevelingen is the lead partner of the project.
